We’re at the end of a tremendous influx of energy from our sun. The March 29th new moon supermoon solar eclipse is the final “bookend” of a 2-week eclipse window, with the Equinox at its center. This specific period is over, but it’s also a beginning. The new moon is in Aries, the 1st sign of the zodiac, full of fiery passion. At equinox light and dark are equal; now we move into a season of growth. We have received encoded light, a new initiation in our ongoing evolution.
The past week there have been strong geomagnetic storms. The most recent emanated from a huge coronal hole in the sun. Solar maximum peaks in 2025/26 and fuels the dimensional shift happening here on our planet. The sun is the life-giving force for all life on earth; we’re in a giant collaboration with the natural world.
The sun’s energy is made of plasma, the fourth state of matter (the others are solids, liquids and gases). The universe is 99% plasma; it’s the least dense and most energized form of matter. As more of these charged particles come into the poles, it creates spectacular auroras. Volatile solar activity also affects planetary events such as volcanoes, tornadoes and weather extremes.
The Schumann Resonances are natural electro-magnetic frequencies circulating around the earth. They overlap with our brain waves and general physiology at 7.8Hz. Increased solar radiation affects the Schumann Resonances and us. We can come into coherence with these higher frequencies at 8-14- 20Hz; mismatched frequencies can create symptoms of un-ease.
Evolutionary changes happen first in our nervous systems! Managing the age of technology is challenging; too much information and mental stimulation can overwhelm. Running on nervous system energy will lead to burn out (especially for Priest energy types) and feeling disconnected from our earth based bodies. When our system is overloaded, we lapse into incoherence.
We will all have had different responses to the influx of energy the last few weeks. Cosmic solar psychedelics are resetting our nervous system! When I take time to consciously interact with the current energies, I’ve had high frequency dynamics alternating with more structure being created in my physiology. It’s like extra power lines being installed to handle more energy on the grid. Being in an energy healing class is a way to increase your energetic “potential”. What an incredible time to be alive. Lunar eclipses reveal, and solar eclipses (like this next one) transform. Stay sane by maintaining strong contact with the earth in deliberate ways. Our collective intention is powerful. Inspired and informed by higher realms and frequencies, we can generate solutions for many of the dilemmas we are facing.
